PROGRAM OUTLINE:
This is an intensive program which encompasses 10 days of training and a project undertaken over a 2-month period.Green Belts promote Lean and Six Sigma, continue to learn, and to use their tools and techniques with guidance from Black Belts and others. A Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt possesses a thorough understanding of all aspects within the phases of D-M-A-I-C.
They understand how to perform and interpret Six Sigma tools and how to use standard principles of Lean.
YOU WILL LEARN:
Green Belt training focuses on Lean Six Sigma tools and methodologies. This training has been designed to fit the needs of Government/Public Sector Agencies through the use of hands-on activities and presentations.
Green Belt Training is an intensive exposure in the hands-on use of Lean Six Sigma tools.
Participants will learn a data-driven methodology to help make real and positive changes on their processes. After this program, participants are able to facilitate the use of:
Lean Six Sigma tools, process mapping, and methodology-based problem solving. The program includes the walkthrough of all DMAIC Phases with a specific project: Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND:
Government/Public Sector Employees interested in leading or participating in continuous improvement projects in their department and/or across the organization and/or a desire to better understand the tools and concepts of LEAN Six Sigma.
