Designed to help leaders overcome obstacles to effective management and leadership, this highly interactive program will improve your ability to motivate your team and inspire others. Engaging participants in an individual and team learning experience, this workshop will focus on current leadership and coaching techniques recognized in helping individuals become more efficient and effective in their role. It also encourages participants to build a supportive network of peers through collaborative activities such as; sharing common challenges, role-playing, and giving and receiving constructive feedback. Participants will have time to build self-awareness, practice, and create vital action plans that can be applied immediately after completing the program.
