To assist HR professional in their "enabling excellence" role, we begin Wednesday by holding a half-day workshop on resiliency and How to Keep Going When the Going Gets Tough, facilitated by Paul Bailey from 3C Training. Our keynote speaker, Laraine Kaminsky will kick things off on Thursday with her presentation on Inclusive Leadership and how it can assist you in enabling organizational excellence. We will also have a municipal case study on succession planning and leadership development programs, a session on How to Deal with Hidden Disabilities by Lauren Berndari and Mark Amorosi, the Hicks Morley Legal Update, OMERS will discuss the ORPP, a session from the Ombudsman's Office of Ontario, and much more!
