This in-depth and interactive course will equip participants with the tools they need to implement green neighbourhood initiatives. The course will cover strategies for organizing stakeholders, financing staff and projects, providing municipal policy support and assessing a district to develop informed project priorities. The course draws upon previous applications of the EcoDistricts approach in North America,with examples from Portland as well as Canadian communities.
