Strategic Coordinator I
Requisition Number: 4537

Use your operational experience to directly impact the strategic planning, annual and long range budget forecasts, and core business and human resource strategies. Consider reporting to the Branch Manager, Communications and a participating member of the Branch's Senior Management Team. Responsibilities include:

  • Branch business planning, performance measurement, analysis, and progress reporting
  • Review budget plan, assemble the branch operating budget, track expenditures, analyze and report on variances
  • Develop, manage, implement, and continuous improvement of for internal business and core human resource processes
  • Manage communications and business process design, development, and implementation to enable delivery of communications services and products
  • Lead the development and implementation management of the Communications Branch Service Level Agreement (SLA) process, supporting Business Partners in the development of department specific SLAs, documenting and ensuring up-keeping of all SLA documentation
  • Develop, implement and manage internal Branch communications strategies and initiatives to ensure effective communications with team members
  • Develop, implement and manage Branch sourcing and vendor management strategies and processes for selection of vendors, service management and contract management
  • Manage the Operational Effectiveness Section and Team


 
Requirements

Qualifications:

  • University Degree in Business Administration, Commerce or a related discipline, master's degree is preferred
  • A minimum of 5 (five) years of progressive management experience in strategic planning, business process improvement, and project/change management including leadership/supervisory experience in guiding a team to meet the goals of a large corporation with a strong customer service focus
  • Demonstrated issues management and problem resolution skills in a high-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and presentational skills
  • Superior communications skills (oral, written, and facilitation) skills
  • Strong computer skills (MS Office Suite)

Hours of Work: 36.9 hours per week, Monday - Friday. Hours of work may be subject to the terms and conditions of a variable hours of work program.


 
Salary & Benefits

Salary Range: PT2, $62,763.00 - $89,660.00 Annually.
