Description:
As a Senior Organizational Effectiveness Consultant, you will be responsible for researching, planning, developing and facilitating innovative corporate leadership and management development programs. You will also be responsible for corporate strategies, programs and policies to assist managers, supervisors and employees in enhancing performance and achieving business goals.Reporting to the Director, Talent Management and Organizational Development, Human Resources Branch, your responsibilities will include:
•Leading the planning, organization, development and facilitation of the corporate learning and development initiatives in areas of leadership, management and supervisory development
•Developing leadership development course materials and facilitation notes utilizing adult education principles
•Developing leading edge Corporate Human Resources strategies, policies and operational plans
•Leading projects that will include designing, facilitating and implementing practices, programs and policies in support of the Corporate Human Resources Plan
•Conducting best practice research on topics related to organization effectiveness, leadership development and program design
•Providing consulting and facilitation support services to the business units in areas of productivity improvement, performance management, coaching, mentoring and employee development
•Facilitating the resolution of specific and immediate problems or needs by providing third-party problem-solving facilitation
•Writing reports such as project proposals and charters, implementation plans and position or research papers

•Bachelor's degree in Adult Education or related degree with Adult Education course work (Masters preferred)
•A minimum of 7 years progressively responsible experience in organization effectiveness or strategic human resource management with a focus on leadership development/training and facilitating or delivering leadership/management programs
•Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and development philosophy, principles and practices, adult education and learning theories
•Strong management and leadership development program experience
•Project management and adult education experience
•Excellent communication, presentation and consulting skills
•Continuous learning orientation with superior customer service skills
•Ability to establish strong collaborative working relationships with clients and colleagues

Hours of Work: 36.9 hours per week, Monday - Friday. Hours of work may be subject to the terms and conditions of a variable hours of work program.
Salary Range: 91M, Salary Grade: PT3; $73,489.550 - $104,984.510 (Annually).
