Since 1988, the Ontario East Municipal Conference (OEMC) has developed into the largest annual regional municipal conference east of Toronto. For OEMC 2012, we have developed a program that will unite municipalities within Eastern Ontario to build strong community partnerships, provide great leadership and ultimately lead to joint successes.
