Reporting to the Manager of Corporate Services, the incumbent ensure the Town’s IT program will continue to support the Town of Banff’s business objectives while improving cost effectiveness and service quality. The successful candidate will be a hands-on supervisor, dedicated to excellence in customer service and committed to our values.
You have strong technical aptitude with relevant experience in information system responsibilities, network administration and project management experience. Well-developed interpersonal skills, a proven customer service orientation, excellent knowledge of IT software, applications and technology trends including proficiency in the ability to build and lead a two-person team are essential for this position.
The successful candidate will have at a minimum five years of experience in a similar position and a degree or certificate in computer science, information systems, or related discipline.
