Qualifications:
• Grade 12 or equivalent and five years of responsible supervisory experience;
• Journeyman Mechanic Certificate, preferred;
• Heavy Duty Mechanic Trade Certification, preferred;
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driver’s abstract;
• CVIP Inspection License (truck and trailers), preferred;
• Experience working with John Deere, Cat, Champion/Volvo and various makes of light/heavy trucks would be an asset;
• Knowledge of computers, budget process, Occupational Health and Safety Code and related regulations; and
• Ability to simultaneously manage multiple work groups and promote an organizational culture that is characterized by versatility and continuous improvement.
Salary: $74,709 – $95,657 annually
Schedule: 40 hour work week, Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
