- Communicate effectively both orally and in writing

RESPONSIBILITIES
- File and keep records
- Prepare and assist in assigning classifications or numerical desitinations to file, records, plans and related documents
- Collect and input data
- Support the development (draft, design, edit and proofread) of election marketing materials, articles, media releases and publications for print, web and social media
- Coordinate community outreach package, programs and events
- Provide support on training programs
- Assist other staff in Election Official staffing on an as needed basis
QUALIFICATIONS
- Completion of Grade 12, supplemented by several courses in word processing, office practices and PC office applications
- Minimum 2 years’ experience and training in an office environment
- An accurate typing speed of 45 wpm
Hourly+12% in lieu of benefits and vacation
