A University Degree in Human Resources/Business Administration or related field with a minimum of five (5) years of Human Resource generalist and recruitment experience or have an acceptable equivalent combination of education and relevant experience; experience working in a public sector organization is considered an asset.
Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) designation, or working towards designation.
Excellent analytical, reasoning and problem solving skills and demonstrated labour relations experience, specifically dealing with grievance, mediation and arbitration matters is a must. Experience with collective bargaining is preferred.
Salary: $85,016-$100,019 per annum
