Description
Working in the Municipal Office and reporting directly to the CAO, this position will provide administrative support to the CAO and Mayor, as well as Council and Committee support.  Complete discretion and confidentially are an essential aspect of this position.

Requirements

- Post secondary education in business or office administration or equivalent

- Thorough knowledge of telephone, office equipment and computer software (MS Office, Outlook, etc.)

- Experience as Administrative Assistant in a Municipal Office

- Abilty to work alone or as part of a team

- Highly orgainized, flexible and able to work to tight deadlines

Salary & Benefits

REMUNERATION:        $49,704-$52,616 annually

BENEFITS:                    Competative with OMERS pension

HOURS:                         35/hours per week
