We have an exciting Part Time Unionized opportunity in the

Recreation Services Department for an experienced and motivated individual

COMMUNITY CENTRE ADMINISTRATIVE CLERK FILE #16-2504-LL

Responsible for providing administrative and clerical support including registration, membership, telephone answering, responding to enquiries and records complaints, processing cash transactions, balancing, maintaining records and files, and compiling/processing information as requested.

Requirements

Qualifications and experience: Secondary School education. Clerical/administrative, public relations and cashiering experience would be considered an asset. Ability to deal courteously and effectively with the public and staff. Must be available to work at all community centres and have flexible hours during school holidays and summer. Must be available to be scheduled on at least 4 days each week, including evenings and weekends.

Additional Information: This vacancy is currently located at the Father Ermanno Bulfon Community Centre, however the Recreation Services Department may place staff at other community centres as required.
