Description
The incumbent plans, monitors, analyzes, configures, installs, troubleshoots, maintains and provides technical network administration support for the City.

Requirements
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Diploma in Information Technology or a computer related field.
- Industry standard certification (Microsoft, A+, Net +, etc.)
- 3 years previous related experience.
- Knowledge of VMWare, Horizon View, EVault and SCOM is an asset.
- Ability to work and maintain accuracy under pressure, attention to details and meet critical deadlines.
- Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment with little supervision.
- Strong client service orientation and good interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Class 5 driver’s license.
Required To Operate Equipment Such As:
Network servers, network operating systems, network infrastructure, tape backup systems, desktop PCs, printers, Microsoft Office products, and anti-virus software.
Salary & Benefits
This is a Salary Range 12 position ($33.56-$39.49/hour).
A comprehensive relocation package will be offered to the successful candidate, if applicable.
