Description
As a member of our amazing team of Consultants, you will be responsible for providing turnkey implementation services to our clients in the municipal sector across Canada. This includes understanding the client’s business, workflow, and advising on municipal best practices. You will manage client communications and expectations and assume full ownership from needs analysis, planning, installation and set up to go live, training, and beyond. And because you are an A-player, you will naturally seek out opportunities to provide additional value-added services or solutions offerings such as business process optimization, process mapping or report optimization to help the client get the most from their investment in Diamond’s solution.
Because our fantastic group of clients are located all throughout Canada, you can choose to work from either our beautiful Kelowna, BC office; our amazing Cambridge, ON office; or remotely from your home office!

Requirements
How Will You Know if You are Successful and Meet our Diamond Standard?
- You obtain or exceed benchmark client satisfaction scores.
- You meet or, because you are a super-star, exceed utilization/billable targets.
- You lead the client to the solution, following municipal best practices, making recommendations and challenging assumptions.
- You manage client expectations and are not shy to identify when the solution may not be in their best interest.
- You continue to develop your product, business, and industry knowledge because you just love to keep learning.
- You proactively identify improvements to self, department, or company because you’re not happy with the status quo for the sake of status quo!
Experience We Are Looking For
- University degree or diploma in Computer Science, Programming, Accounting Mathematics, or equivalent.
- 3+ years of consulting experience on ERP solution implementations (financial or service-based industry). Experince with MS Dynamics GP would be an asset.
- Relevant professional accreditation(s) such as CA, CGA, CMA, Canadian Payroll Association or Municipal Government.
- Must have a good understanding of GAAP accounting, municipal accounting, and ERP solutions.
- Previous experience as a Business Analyst or Financial/Technology role in a municipality would be awesome.
- Prior experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP will certainly be an asset in this role.
