HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
A challenging new opportunity exists for a team player who has proven expertise in employee development, change performance management and employee relations. Your experience encompasses managing HR functions that include labour relations, recruitment & retention, compensation, benefits, OH&S, policy development and payroll. Duties include implementing the HR multi-year Strategic Plan, managing the HR budget, and developing & coordinating corporate-wide work improvement plans.
You have a degree in Human Resources Management or a related field (i.e. Business, Commerce), along with CHRP designation and a minimum of 7 years in progressively responsible positions, including supervisory experience. Your focus is on employee development, change and performance management and employee relations
