Your qualifications include a college diploma in a relevant discipline along with a minimum of 1-3 years’ relevant working experience in a municipal government environment. Eligibility for O.A.C.E.T.T. registration is considered an asset. A strong working knowledge of computers and MS Office applications is a requirement. Any working understanding of AutoCAD will be considered an asset. This position requires a team player who is able to communicate both verbally and in writing with clarity, tact and discretion. Strong administrative, organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task are necessary. The successful candidate will be required to exhibit a demonstrated commitment to customer service. The possession of a valid Ontario driver’s “G” license and access to a vehicle to carry out off-site visits when required is essential (mileage compensated). The successful candidate will be required to provide a current satisfactory driver’s abstract from the M.T.O. as well as proof of valid vehicle insurance.
SALARY: $52,413. - $61,655.
