Responsible for:
Responsible for the evaluation of development applications and preparation of related reports and documents, both individually and in support of the Development Planners; providing the public with information on both general planning matters and specific applications; preparing reports for and attending at Committee of Adjustment meetings.
- University Degree in Planning or suitable equivalent
- Provisional or full membership in the Canadian Institute of Planners / Ontario Professional Planners Institute
- Minimum one (1) years related municipal experience
- Demonstrated ability utilizing analytical, organizational, report writing and communication skills
- Ability to deal courteously and effectively with the public, staff, developers, councillors, etc.
